Our History

• The Brass Key Shop was started as a part-time venture in 1973 in Moore, Oklahoma (a suburb of Oklahoma City).
• In 1981 we moved to Bowling Green, Ohio where we became a full-time enterprise.
• Until 1985, we were a one-person business; that year a part-time employee was hired to run the shop due to increased demand.
• In 1986 a full-time person was hired for the shop. Since that time the shop has had regular hours and is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
• In 1995 the Brass Key Shop was moved to a commercial property at 825 Haskins Road in Bowling Green.
