That makes you go on.
Thought the road is rough
And things go wrong
There's something that lifts
Your heart in song

The world's in a hurry
Oft' passing you by
With a lump in your throat
You wish you could cry
But something inside
Keeps your head held high

No matter how weary
At he close of the day
There's something inside
That makes you pray
Asking for courage
Along life's ways

It dwells in your heart
This something inside
Helping you face life
When you'd rather hide
It's God's love within you'
