Rushing waves subsiding
Rain in gentle fall
Peace upon the ocean
Softness for us all

Calmness comes around us
Like silken water soft
Reminds us of the wonder
Nature's love has brought

Mighty winds subsiding
Soft breezes in our hair
The smell of salty ocean
Such majesty appears

Miles and miles between us
The land so far away
Close my eyes remember
Your heart is here to stay

You are the waves that bring me
Upon your sturdy shore
Footstep shared together
I see your face once more

Look to the horizon
With perfect love so blessed
Beyond the storm of passion
Our hearts are now at rest.
