Light from heaven shining
On this Easter Day
Angels are rejoicing
Wings of lace now pray

Choirs all are singing
Hearts of love are bound
Salvation brought to everyone
With dazzling lights around

Churches filled with people
Lilies gathered there
Fragrant scents are rising
Such beauty in the air

Smiles and peaceful greetings
To all who we will meet
This a new beginning
God's gift to us complete

Colors of a rainbow
Within the stained glass glow
Captured on the faces
Of everyone we know

Hands of all are touching
Saying special prayer
God in all His Splendor
Is Smiling Everywhere.
