HE WHO SURROUNDS
 

He who surrounds,
Is on my every side,
Wrapping His force field,
Closely around me like a cocoon.

Ooh, how sci-fi you say,
No, just Truth and Love, say I!
He's ever straight and strong,
Never wavering or leaving.

So if I lean on Him,
No matter the direction,
He will keep me upright,
And protected.

But,
If I lean on my own will,
He will let me,
Have my own way,
Falling as I go.

At the right time,
He will be there,
To pick me up,
Heal my wounds,
And set me tall and straight,
Encompassed in His Love,
Again!
