Return Engagement Fred J. Folger At February 21, 2010 Membership Meeting At the membership meeting in October, 2009, Fred J. Folger launched us on a fascinating journey down the Maumee. As we viewed his wonderful photographs we were given a history of how this region developed along the river and because of the river. But we only traveled as far as Grand Rapids before we ran out of time! Everyone quickly begged Fred to return and finish our journey, and he promised to embark again with us on Sunday, February 21, 2010. The Friends will meet at 1 p.m. for lunch and his presentation will begin immediately after we eat. It is appropriate that we will be meeting at Otsego Park overlooking the river! There will be a short business meeting to elect new board members and the annual report for 2009 will be available.
