Ordering/Shipping

The Concentrator is $390.00.  Shipping and handling is $25.00 per Concentrator. Total cost is $415.00.

I can only accept money orders or checks. Allow ten days for the check to clear.

The Unit will be shipped by UPS ground unless you specify otherwise. You will be notified by e-mail, if you have it, that it was shipped and the UPS tracking number. Use www.ups.com to track it.

Warranty

The Concentrator:

These oxygen Concentrators (Units) are not new, but have been refurbished to specification. It will deliver a minimum of 85% pure oxygen at 5 liters/minute. Although, it was shipped in good working condition it may have some cosmetic damage.

Service:

If you think the Unit is not working properly:

  1. Call or e-mail me first! It may be something quite simple.
  2. If I cannot help, I will refer you to company that refurbishes the Unit, Central Equipment, Inc. They will try to fix it over the phone.
  3. If it cannot be resolved over the phone, an RMA (return material authorization) will be issued to you. The number is needed to return the Unit.
  4. If the Unit is within 1 year of purchase, Central Equipment will send a UPS Call Tag. They pay to ship it, repair it, and return it.
  5. If the Unit is not within 1 year of purchase, ship the Unit (your expense) to Central Equipment for repair or replacement at their discretion. They will repair it and bill you for whatever they did plus shipping costs.

Returns:

Save the box! If Unit fails to function, is in any way unacceptable upon receipt, or just doesn't work for you, Englass will replace/repair/return at customer’s option. Repack the Unit carefully.

Return of Unit for refund must be claimed within 30 days of receipt of Unit.
