Maumee Valley Unitarian Universalist Congregation

History and Building Dedication

MVUUC was originally located in Schaller Hall for over 12 years. After years of planning, on November 23rd, 1997, MVUUC moved to its current location in Bowling Green. MVUUC piper, Kim Sautter, lead the processional for the building dedication ceremony. UUA president, John Buehrens, brought official greetings from the national headquarters. The title of his presentation was, "More Than Sanctuary." Ohio-Meadville District Consultant, Sue Turner, provided a "blessing" for our new building. Over 130 people joined in the building dedication.
