Eric and I went out to eat and then to a comedy club with his coworkers last night. The headlining comedian was from "around Morgantown" (pretty strong accent, though), and many of his jokes had us laughing harder than anybody else in the room. Afterwards, the rest of the crowd went for drinks, but we headed home; the baby demands my sleep.

Check out this picture that NASA took from above, showing all the lights glowing throughout the world. I can find Toledo!

Snow...sleet...rain...ice...more snow...
I stand by my original declaration about this area of the country: completely uninhabitable. Word has it that we could have four to six inches of the white stuff on the ground by morning, and that's in addition to the four inches that were already there. Our landlady doesn't believe in salt or plows, so the roads of our community are encased in a thick sheet of ice.

We're all doomed, I tell you! Doomed!
