From laryngitis to congestion...from congestion to a full-blown, nasty cold that put me out of commission for two full days. Oh, ugh.

Eric, though, was a sweetheart who brought me flowers and cookies to try to cheer me up. He's a great nursemaid, that one. If I could figure out a way to clone him, I'd be a wealthy woman.

We registered for a few things over at Babies R Us this weekend. In case anybody is interested, our registry number is 32405343. Of course, we couldn't register for clothes, since their inventory changes so much. Didn't get a diaper pail, either; all they had were Diaper Genie knockoffs for disposables.

Working as a librarian with laryngitis is quite challenging. Storytimes are another thing altogether. I'm flooding my throat with water, but nothing seems to be helping.
